Grammatical Errors

Today we continued with the reading of The Color Purple. In addition to that, we analyzed claims. In doing so, I realized that I made a lot of mistakes. Most of my mistakes were grammatical errors. I knew that would be my main problem because I always struggle with grammar. I also did not read over my essay. This resulted in my essay being the way that it was.

I was absent today because of an ambassador event. During the event I gave a speech. The speech was about a minute long, but it felt like it lasted a lifetime. I was nervous will giving my speech; fortunately, I didn’t mess up or sound scripted.

Kahoot

Today we played Kahoot to review the short story “Yellow-Wallpaper. My group came in first place and as a result we earned a total of twenty five  points. Even though we ended up in first place, earning the top position was no easy job; we were constantly back and fourth between the top three spots. Earning the top spot was definitely an accomplishment.
